Comparison
Typeform feels like a conversation. UnderHeard is one.
Typeform made forms pleasant: one question at a time, beautifully designed. But behind the design it is still a form, and a form cannot ask the follow-up. UnderHeard runs actual five-minute voice conversations with your customers and ranks every call into one report of what to fix first.

- Your form answers keep raising more questions than they settle
- You want the follow-up asked in the moment, not in a second survey
- You want the analysis done, not another CSV export
- Voice and tone matter: frustration sounds different than it types
- You care most about churn, cancellations and experience feedback
Choose Typeform if
- You need beautiful lead forms, quizzes or sign-up flows

Many teams keep both: forms for capture, UnderHeard for understanding.
Frequently asked questions
Is UnderHeard a form builder?
No. UnderHeard replaces the form with a real conversation: an AI interviewer speaks with each customer for about five minutes, asks follow-ups, and every call lands in one ranked report. If you need a classic form, a form builder remains the right choice.
Typeform has logic jumps. Is that not a follow-up?
Branching follows paths you wrote in advance. An interview reacts to what the customer actually said: when an answer is vague or surprising, the AI asks the next question a good interviewer would. That is the difference between routing and listening.
How do customers join an interview?
Through a link, an embed on your site, email, SMS, WhatsApp or a phone call. Web interviews launch without any app or system connection.
What does it cost compared to Typeform?
Both publish pricing. UnderHeard individual plans start at €25 per month with a free plan of 30 interview minutes per month; team plans start at €499 per month. Typeform's plans are on their site.
Do I have to analyze transcripts myself?
No. The report writes itself: recurring themes ranked by how often customers raised them, real quotes as evidence, and a concrete recommendation, in three days.
Can I try it for free?
Yes, two ways: the free plan gives you 30 interview minutes every month without a card, and new workspaces get two weeks of the full Team plan free.
