One place to run your research end to end.

You write one sentence about what you want to learn. Underheard drafts the guide, talks to every person, and hands back a report your team can act on.

01

Set up the study

Say what you want to learn in one sentence. An agent drafts the interview guide, and you edit any question you want.

Research that keeps running

Studies end. Your customer understanding does not have to, so the interviewer keeps talking to people between them.

Reasons, not ratings

Questions people ask before they start.

What is Underheard?

An AI interviewer that talks to your customers, your candidates or your event guests one at a time, and turns every one of those conversations into a single report you can act on.

How is this different from a survey?

A survey only collects the answers you thought to ask for. The interviewer hears what someone actually says and asks the follow-up, so you get the reason behind the rating instead of the rating on its own.

Do people really open up to an AI?

More than most teams expect. The interviewer says at the start that it is an AI, so there is nobody on the other end to disappoint and nothing to be polite about, and the awkward part tends to get said out loud instead of rounded up to a seven out of ten.

Who uses it?

Product, marketing, customer success and HR teams who need to hear from a lot of people quickly, and research agencies who run studies for their own clients.

Can we use our own list of people?

Yes. Bring your customers, your candidates or your guests, and each one gets their own link. You can send it yourself or drop it into an email you were sending anyway.

Which languages does it speak?

English, German, Spanish, Italian and French, among others. Every person is interviewed in their own language, quotes stay verbatim, and the summary comes back in the language you set the study up in.

How do you handle our data?

Under GDPR. Every person is told at the start that they are talking to an AI, quotes are attributed by interview number and never by name, and you can delete a study and everything inside it whenever you want.

How fast do results arrive?

48 hours from the moment you create the study. The report updates as interviews come in, so you can read the first themes long before the last person answers.

What do we get at the end?

One report. The themes that came up and how often they came up, the verbatim quotes sitting behind each one, and the numbers where you asked for a number. Share it with a link and the people you sent it to see the same thing you do.

How is it set up?

You write the question you want answered, in your own words. The study is built from that, you read it over, and the first link is ready to send. Nothing to install and nothing to connect.

See it on your own question.
