Where is my interview data stored?
Customer conversation data, including recordings and transcripts, is hosted in the EU and stays in your workspace, where you can export or delete it at any time.
Is a data processing agreement available?
Yes, on request for every paying workspace, and your legal or procurement questions are answered directly by the founding team.
Are the interviews themselves GDPR compliant?
Yes, by design. Every interview is a voluntary invitation with explicit consent, customers can decline without any consequence, and the data collected is limited to the conversation itself.
Do US-based alternatives really process data in the US?
Several state it plainly in their own privacy policies: Listen Labs describes primary storage on US servers and Strella describes processing and storage in the United States, both relying on standard contractual clauses for EEA transfers. Always verify against the current policy of any vendor you evaluate.
Can I run interviews in German?
Yes. Interviews run in German, English, French, Italian and Spanish, and the report comes back in the language your team works in.
What does it cost?
