Insight

Lukewarm mains and unreachable waiters come from the same place: almost all of those guests sat on the terrace.

Insight

Without being asked, guests praise the bread and being greeted by name at the door.

Signal

Several of these guests told the waiter everything was fine. In the conversation they spent two minutes on what went wrong.

Quote

"The food was good. I just won't book it for a client lunch again, we had to repeat everything twice."

How the free pilot works.

1

We bring the cards

Printed cards for the bill folder and a small stand for the table, in Arabic and English. Your code is set up before we arrive.

2

Guests scan and talk

Two minutes in the browser, in the language they prefer. Your team does not have to ask, explain or collect anything.

3

You read what they said

Every conversation lands in your dashboard with the transcript and the ranked reasons. At the end we walk you through the report.

Frequently asked questions

What does the pilot cost?

Nothing. The pilot is free for the selected venues, including the printed cards and the report.

Do we need to connect our POS or reservation system?

No. The pilot runs on a QR code alone. Nothing is installed and nothing is integrated.

What do we get physically?

Printed cards for the bill folder and small table stands, in Arabic and English, all carrying your venue's own code. We deliver them to you.

What does our team have to do?

Put the card in the bill folder and mention it when the bill arrives. That is all.

How long is each guest conversation?

Each conversation takes two minutes and focuses on what the guest experienced during the visit.

Do guests need an app or a phone number?

No. Scanning the code opens the conversation in the phone's browser. No app, no sign-up, no phone number.

Which languages can guests speak?

Underheard speaks 31 languages, including Arabic, English, Hindi, Urdu and Tagalog. Guests answer in the language they are most comfortable in.

How is this different from a rating or a review?

A rating gives you a number. A conversation tells you the dish, the table, the night and the reason. Guests say out loud what they would not type into a form or tell the waiter.

When do we see results?

Conversations appear in your dashboard as they happen. The ranked report builds up as more guests talk.

What happens to guest data?

No contact details are needed to take part. Conversations happen only with explicit consent, the audio is never recorded, and a data processing agreement is available on request.

Can we run this across several locations?

Yes. Each location gets its own code and its own report.

Stop guessing. Start hearing.
