Frequently asked questions
How much does UnderHeard cost?
Team plans start at €499 per month, billed yearly. Individual plans start at €25 per month. Enterprise pricing is custom.
What is the difference between Team and Individual plans?
Team plans are for organizations, with multiple seats and custom branding. Business and Enterprise also include a company knowledge base. Individual plans are a single seat for one researcher.
What are interview minutes?
Interview minutes measure conversation time. Each plan includes a set amount of interview minutes, granted every month.
Is there a free option?
Yes. Every new workspace gets two weeks of the full Team plan free. On the Individual side you get 30 free interview minutes every month, without a plan.
What happens to unused minutes?
Plan minutes are granted monthly, and unused plan minutes do not carry over to the next month.
Can I buy more interview minutes?
Yes. You can buy extra minutes any time, from €10, at your plan's rate plus 30 percent, and purchased minutes never expire.
Is billing monthly or yearly?
Both. Annual plans include a discount: pay yearly and the monthly rate is 15 percent lower. Switch with the Yearly and Monthly toggle.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately. If you start on an Individual plan and later move to a Team plan, everything you set up carries over.
What is included with Enterprise?
Enterprise adds custom integrations (PMS, CRM, API), multi-brand and multi-market support, and a dedicated account manager, with custom pricing and volume.
